This time two years ago I was finishing up one of my most adventurous Fall projects ever. It was a lot of fun and should I ever have chance again I would happily repeat it.
Meet Kevin.
Kevin was the first Turkey I made and upon finishing this very simple pattern (Thank you blogger whose name I forget) we realised how much fun they would be as place settings. So I made another,
then I decided to mix it up a little, meet Marcus Turkus

I made two for Ben's brother and sister in law in Philadelphia then we had two unexpected guests for dinner so I made two more while watching the Parade and after dinner.
To make them place settings we used cupcake decorative leaf stick things and Husby wrote everyone's name on a scrap of paper
Of course my mother did teach me not to play with my food, but I just couldn't resist!
Next year I will make Toby's, this year, he can just play with ours!Happy Thanksgiving week!
